MAKYTWOW strives to provide integrity, quality, and reputable customer service to every one of our customers. Every one of customer's satisfaction is the best recognition for us!

We hope you like what you have ordered! However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item you received, the item can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We will ship from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, but this is not the address for returns or exchanges. To begin a return request, please email us first: support@makytwow.com.

Return Conditions

  • Products are received within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Products received undamaged and in original package.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without the address that we provide.

Returns Exceptions

  • Products received more than 30 days from the delivered date.
  • Products that are clearly marked non-returnable on the Product Detail Page.
  • Products without the original packaging or not in their original condition.
  • Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If the product is damaged when you receive it due to us or the logistics, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If it is indeed our fault that caused the problem, we will give you an exchange or refund.

Returns

If the reason for the return is damage to the product caused by the consumer or subjective reasons of the consumer such as not liking it or not wanting it, the costs and risk incurred for the return will be borne by the consumer.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Return & Refund Procedure

Step 1: Please contact us by email first (support@makytwow.com) and indicate the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason you'd like to return it, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images or videos of the exact faulty items. We will process your request within 1-3 working days of your submission.

Step 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to the return instructions from our service team.

Step 3: Within 3-5 business days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment account or credit card, according to your communication with our service team.

Step 4 (if applicable): Generally, refunds are returned within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a refund message within 10 days of sending the returned product and receiving an email from us confirming acceptance of the refund request, please contact us ASAP. Here are some possible problems and corresponding suggestions.

1. How do I cancel/modify my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away, usually ship it in 48 hours, therefore it may not be possible to cancel/modify the order if over 48hours. 

Once an item has shipped, cancellation/modification is not possible. Also if the order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.

If you want to cancel/modify the order, please email customer service at support@makytwow.com, and we will attempt to cancel/modify the order. 

2. What can I do if the product is defective?

We ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but sometimes defects do occur.

If this happens, we will resolve these issues for you, but must inform us of any product defects within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please contact our Customer Service at support@makytwow.com and we will be happy to replace the item or refund it ASAP.

3. Why haven't I received a refund yet?

Generally, refunds are returned within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a refund message within 10 days of sending the returned product and receiving an email from us confirming acceptance of the refund request, please contact us ASAP. Our Email: support@makytwow.com.

Also, you can check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
