How do I use my candle warmer lamp?
1) Insert the bulb pin into the socket hole until it’s secured.
2) Adjust the brightness and set the timer.
3) Enjoy the long-lasting fragrance under warm light.
Do you have any advice when it comes to using candle lamps?
The candle's surface slowly melts after 3–5 minutes when powered on.
Recommend use: 2-4 hours each time.
Trim the remaining candle wick once the wax has cooled and solidified.
If candle wax spills on a candle warmer, use a plastic spatula or credit card to scrape the wax off. Use a paper towel to rub off any remaining wax.
Do not use metal or any other sharp objects to scrape off melted wax.
When the scent starts to diminish from your candle, melt 1 inch of the candle from the top and pour the melted wax into an empty metal or glass container and discard.
How long is the warranty on your candle melting lamps?
We promise:
1) One-year warranty for quality-related issues.
2) Artificial damage to the appearance is not covered by the warranty.
3) Bulbs are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.

Why I can't pay for my order?
Troubleshooting failed payments
On the error page of your payment, the reason for the refusal would be indicated to you and will give you an indication of the problem encountered.
For example:
"Payment is failed due to bank's rejection. Please pay with another card or choose another payment method."
"Payment is failed due to insufficient funds/over limit. Please pay using a card with sufficient balance."

Your payment failed due to one or more of the following reasons:
1) Incorrect or incomplete card/account information
2) Inadequate credit or account balance
3) Your card is not set up for international online payments
4) The maximum online payment limit is set too low
5) Technical problem with the payment system
We suggest you:
1) double-check your card/account information to make sure it is correct
2) use a different card or payment method
3) contact your bank/service provider to enable related functions (e.g. international online payments)
How to pay with a coupon code?
If you have an available coupon, simply input a coupon code directly on the checkout page and click “Apply” to use the coupon.
Will I be charged without my permission?
MAKYTWOW won't charge you without your permission.
If you see a charge from Makytwow on your bank or credit card statement and you are not sure where the charge came from, we suggest that you sign in to your account on our website, and check “My Orders” to search for an order that matches the charge. You can open each Order Details page by clicking on either the Order Number or View Details.
If you can't find a transaction that matches the charge on your account, you might want to consider some other scenarios:
Do you have another account on our website where the order was placed but forgotten?
Do you have a child or spouse who is authorized to use your PayPal or bank account? Have you asked them about this charge?
If you find a suspicious charge, an error, or some other unauthorized transaction when viewing your account, please contact us by email: support@makytwow.com, we may be able to help.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
If the item is hot, sometimes it might extend to 4 business days.
We are speeding up to prepare the items for our customers as soon as possible.
Also, once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email, including your Tracking Number and tracking link.
How long does shipping take?
Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped.

How can I track my package?
Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email, including your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to tracking logistics info website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.
What is your return policy?
Our Guarantee return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date.

Can I reject the package if I changed my mind?
For any reason, if you would like to reject the package while the parcel is under the shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of the goods will be borne by you.
If you refuse to take the delivery package from the postman, our Customer Service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.
If the package is returned to our warehouse because of a customer's personal reason (Check details below), we'll contact you about re-paying the reshipment postage (by PayPal) and arrange the reshipment. However, please understand that no refund will be issued in this situation.
Details for customer's personal reason:
1) Wrong address/no consignee.
2) Invalid contact information/ no answer to the delivery calls & emails.
3) Customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance.
4) Didn't collect package by the deadline.
